O episódio começa com Rick, Daryl e Hershel conversando sobre o que fazer com Michonne. Rick está decidido de entregar ela ao Governador, e os outros dois têm duvidas quanto a isto. Rick vai atrás de Merle, para que ele faça o trabalho sujo.

Glenn, Michonne e Daryl acabam de voltar de algum lugar, e Rick continua pensando sobre sua decisão. Glenn diz a Daryl que não esta a vontade com Merle na prisão. Merle fica procurando drogas na prisão e Daryl volta a fazer seus deveres.

Rick continua tendo suas alucinações com Lori, mas agora ele se da conta que ela não esta realmente ali. Rick chega no Hershel e diz que não poderá entrega-la ao Governador. Merle e Michonne estão limpando uma parte do bloco. Quando ela esta prestes a matar um dos zumbis, Merle da uma pancada em sua cabeça, e a leva embora.

Como ele sabia que Rick não conseguiria ir em frente ele levou Michonne. A um ponto ele decidiu pegar um carro, ele amarra ela em local, enquanto liga o carro, nisso o alarme dispara, e atrai muitos zumbis. Merle nem se dá conta, e Michonne tem que usar o arame para se salvar. Quando percebe ele pega a Katana dela e mata alguns e eles vão embora.

Rick e Daryl descobrem que Merle e Michonne sumiram. Daryl vai atrás do irmão. Glenn pede a sua benção, para pedir Maggie em casamento, e ele apoia. Glenn vai até a cerca e tira os dedos de uma zumbi e pega seu anel.

Durante o caminho até o ponto combinado, Merle solta Michonne e lhe entrega sua espada. Quando esta voltando apé ela se depara com Daryl, e ela diz que ele a deixou.

Merle volta para o lugar onde pegou o carro. Ele deixou o volume do rádio no máximo com a janela aberta para atrair os zumbis, nisso ele os levou até o ponto de encontro com o Governador. Ele saiu do carro em movimento e os homens de Philip foram ver o que era. Merle se escondeu na casa e começou a atirar, nas pernas deles pros zumbis matarem. Quando ele estava com a mira na cabeça do Governador, Ben se meteu na frente e levou o tiro.

Merle acaba saindo da casa matando um zumbi, e então os homens que sobraram foram la e bateram no Merle. O Governador foi e lutou contra o traidor, e arrancou dois de seus dedos com uma mordida, e depois o enforcou, e para finalizar lhe deu um tiro no peito.

Glenn vai até Maggie e pede sua mão em casamento e ela aceita, nisto Rick chama todos e diz que não contou toda verdade, e disse sobre o acordo e que Merle levou Michonne. E também diz que é uma democracia e que eles podem escolher, ficar, lutar ou ir embora.

Daryl continua a procurar seu irmão, e quando chega lá o Governador já tinha ido embora. E ele vê um zumbi comendo. Ele se aproxima e o zumbi levanta, e ele viu que é seu irmão, Daryl começa a chorar e dizer não. A coisa que costuma a ser seu irmão o ataca e ele o empurra, e depois Daryl pega uma faca e mata seu irmão.
